IV. International Delivery
1. Shipments to European Union countries are shipped internationally without the need for customs clearance.
2. Shipments to Ukraine may be subject to customs inspection - delivery times may be extended.
3. The Store is not responsible for any customs or tax fees incurred by the recipient.

I. General Provisions

II. Returns - Withdrawal from the Contract

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

3. Refund

V. Return of Unclaimed Products
1. If the shipment is not collected and is returned to the sender, the Seller may charge the Customer for the return shipping costs.
2. Reshipment will be made after payment of the reshipment costs.
